- I live and/or work in Lincolnshire
- I am 16 years or over
- I can provide proof from the list below of who I am and where I currently live
Just complete an application form, bring in with your proof of ID and Address to our members office at 390 High Street Lincoln, one of our collection points or post to the Administration Office at 18 High Street Lincoln. Details Here
Proof of Identity
Provide one of the following three
- Current full valid signed passport
- Current UK Photo-Card Driving Licence
- Current Shotgun or Firearms Certificate issued by UK Police
Or Provide two of the following
- Inland Revenue Tax Notification document
- Benefits Agency Notification Letter
- Blue parking card
- Government Employee ID Card
- Armed Forces ID Card
Proof of Address
Provide one
- Inland Revenue Tax Notification document
- Benefits Agency Notification Letter
- Housing Benefit letter
- Council Tax statement
- Bank Account or Credit Card Statement
- Motor or Home Insurance statement
The same documents cannot be used for both Identity and Address. All Documents must be original. Photocopies are not acceptable.
